In that spirit, we are introducing some exciting new services to make ordering from Westland Workgear faster and easier than ever before, which we will be introducing in our blogs over the coming months. First up, we are excited to announce the release of our new app Westpeak Go™!

 

What is Westpeak Go?

This innovative app is integrated with our popular Workpack Express™ UMS system which allows your employees to request a new uniform or PPE products from anywhere at any time. The system sets up an online account customised to your business, which includes a pre-allocation for each staff member, work site, and department. The app has built in approval functions with pre-set managerial control of employees’ orders, ensuring you retain total control over your orders.

Staff download the Westpeak Go™ App to their smartphone, and they can then use this to order their own workwear. When the staff member makes the order, it is sent to their manager for approval, and once approved, the order goes straight to us for processing.

Staff members and managers can then track their orders through the App, so you will know exactly when the package will be arriving at your business or job site.

 

What Are the Benefits of Westpeak Go?

Having a smartphone App means your staff can order their own workwear on the go, rather than having to wait until they have access to a computer. Work packs are pre-set, meaning it is impossible for your staff to order the wrong product or order more than the amount allocated to them.

The Westpeak Go™ App automatically tracks and records all orders and deliveries, putting you in total control and making budgeting and reporting a breeze. Tracking shipments, managing stock and logistics, and reviewing finances are all integrated in the one online platform.
