Project

Carters Tyres approached Westpeak™  New Zealand and wanted to sort the below:

 

Wanted a heavy-duty but smart uniform as face to face with customers when out in the field currently spent hours per week processing orders for the branches and chasing up deliveries.

 

Wanted a system that would cut out all admin time and one that was user friendly for branches to order directly through an online portal. Needed a fast and reliable turn around for branded clothing.

Solution

  • Worked with Carters tyres to produce a compliant, tough, and presentable uniform.
  • Loaded Carters tyres employees on our Workpack system and the Workpack items each branch would have.
  • Set up online meetings to train all Branch Managers on how to use our online Workpack system.

Outcome

 

Carters Tyres are very happy customers using our Workpack ordering system and are satisfied with their employee's uniforms. Manager who worked on this project speaks with us every 2-3 months rather than daily trying to sort orders. All Branch Managers are very pleased with the easy ordering system.
