Project

The AA needed a uniform supplier who could look after their Brand on a national scale. Westpeak New Zealand was their preferred supplier of choice and worked with the AA to accommodate a wide range of different uniform needs which needed to be fit for purpose, correct safety gear, comfortable, presentable while having good durability. The AA also required a simple and efficient uniform management system that had an easy-to-use ordering process for their managers.

Solution

We worked closely with the AA to create the right customised individual uniforms from frontline customer facing AA Centre staff, AA Roadservice officers through to AA Auto Centre staff working on vehicles all the while ensuring the safety gear requirements were met.

 

Staff were trained to use our leading uniform management system Workpack Express™ which had specific branch/area Workpack set ups for ordering the uniforms.

Outcome

The AA have been one of our most valued customers for over the last three years, which has created a strong and trustworthy long-term relationship. The AA consider us one of their most reliable suppliers.
